  • Are you listening to your inner compass?

  • Do you notice when you feel a sense of safety and ease in your body versus when you feel contraction and resistance?

  • Are you aware of the relationships that feed and nourish you versus deplete you?

  • Can you identify the thoughts or beliefs that are causing you suffering?

  • What makes you feel most connected and alive?

These are great questions for inquiry when engaging in an inner work. When you begin paying attention to the messages of the body, you may find that you often override your own well being in favor of habitually pleasing others, or that you listen to what you think you ‘should’ be doing/feeling, rather than trusting the truth of your own experience. Sound familiar?

Join me this winter for a 10 week series combining somatic principles of attuning to the body and some of Martha Beck's essential teachings to discover more about who you truly are and what is guiding you in any given moment.

This is an invitation to move through thought provoking exercises, body awareness and meditative practices, group coaching, and insightful discussions to uncover your true nature within the container of a group, creating a space for authentic connection, reciprocity and accountability.
