Join me in April 2025 for an intimate retreat of self-havening within community - the best of both worlds. Each day will partially be held in silence to create a container for reflecting, growing awareness and allowing the nervous system to slow down. Morning and afternoon practices will be offered with plenty of free time in between to read a book, take a walk on the beach, get a facial with reiki, or do absolutely nothing. This is your retreat, you can engage as much or as little as you like. The evenings will be reserved for connecting with one another around the dinner table, sharing experiences and feeling the fullness of being in community.

*4 nights accommodations in a luxury oceanfront home with plenty of indoor and outdoor space, a private pool and a hot tub. King Rooms (single or double) and Bunk Room (double) accommodations available.
